Based on our many years of experience, we provide you with support in particular in the following matters:

• Review the protectability of your technical invention
• Conduct searches for prior art
• Prepare your patent application or utility model application
• Handle the application proceedings before the national and international Patent Offices (German PTO, EPO, WIPO, national Patent Offices) and take over all necessary formalities (paying fees, corresponding with the Offices, monitoring deadlines)
• Annual renewal of your patents and utility models (monitoring the deadlines, paying the annual fees / maintenance fees)
• Representation before the Patent Offices in proceedings of all types (for example position proceedings, invalidity proceedings)
• Enforce your rights from the patents and utility models protected for you
• Judicial and extrajudicial representation in patent infringement proceedings (authorizing enquiries, warnings, actions to enforce claims for cease and desist, damages, information, requests for preliminary injunctions, request for border seizure, criminal prosecution, etc.)
• Licensing and assignment of patents and utility models (examining, preparing and negotiating contracts)
